At Alibaba99, the fun of playing should always come with responsibility. We provide the tools, guidance, and support you need so every gaming session stays enjoyable — never a burden.
Responsible gaming means enjoying online gambling purely as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. At alibaba99, we believe every member deserves a safe, fair and enjoyable playing experience.
Most of our members play in a healthy way — setting limits, knowing when to stop, and treating gaming as entertainment. However, we recognize that some individuals may face challenges controlling their gaming habits. That is why we have developed a comprehensive range of tools and support to help you stay on track.
Alibaba99's responsible gaming policy goes beyond meeting licensing requirements — it is part of our company's core values. We regard member well-being as equally important as the gaming experience itself.
Red bars indicate high-risk habits that should be avoided entirely.
All these tools are accessible directly from your account without needing to contact customer support.
Set the maximum deposit amount you allow yourself within a day or a week. Once the limit is reached, the system automatically blocks any additional deposits.
Choose how long you want to play each session. When the time is up, the system will issue a warning and can be set to log you out automatically.
Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a given period. Once this limit is reached, your account will be blocked from placing further bets.
Suspend your own account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or up to 6 months if you feel you need a break from the platform.
View a full summary of your gaming activity, including total play time, deposits, withdrawals, and monthly win/loss trends.
Opt out of all promotional and bonus notifications if you feel those offers are pushing you to play more than planned.
Problem gambling rarely happens overnight. It develops gradually and can be hard to recognise in yourself. Review the warning signs below — if several of them sound familiar, it may be time to seek help.

Our platform is built on a foundation of responsibility and transparency. These are the core principles guiding every responsible gaming decision at alibaba99.
Alibaba99 strictly prohibits any individual under the age of 18 from registering or using the platform. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be re-enforced through KYC checks.
We do not use design techniques that manipulate members into playing longer than they intend. No notifications are designed to encourage compulsive betting.
All games on alibaba99 use a random number generator (RNG) independently audited by third-party bodies to ensure every outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated.
All alibaba99 customer support agents undergo specialised training to identify and assist members who may be experiencing gambling problems, in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner.
Our system actively monitors play patterns that indicate risk — such as sudden spikes in deposits or unusually long sessions — and will proactively reach out to the member concerned.
We do not make it difficult to withdraw your wins. Members can withdraw their funds at any time without unreasonable conditions — this is part of our transparency commitment.
Create your Alibaba99 account today and enjoy a fun online gaming experience backed by the best self-control tools for Malaysia members.
