From a small passionate team to one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms — this is the story of Alibaba99.
Alibaba99 started with a simple vision: build an online gaming platform that truly understands what Malaysian users need. Not a copy-paste of foreign market models, but something relevant, safe, and genuinely enjoyable for local players.
The journey began over five years ago. The founding team behind Alibaba99 comprised individuals with deep roots in Malaysia's fintech and digital entertainment industries. They saw a clear gap — gaming platforms available at the time were largely unoptimised for local users, whether in terms of language, payment methods, or customer support.
Alibaba99 was launched to close that gap. From day one, the priorities were a seamless user experience, fast withdrawals, and uncompromising data security. The response exceeded all expectations — within a year, over 100,000 accounts had been registered and the platform has grown rapidly ever since.
Today, Alibaba99 is far more than a place to spin slots or place sports bets. The platform has grown into a complete digital entertainment ecosystem — covering slots from world-class providers, live sports betting across 30+ sports, interactive bingo, Live Casino with real dealers, and a VIP programme that delivers real rewards to loyal members.
More importantly, alibaba99 continues to invest in technology infrastructure to ensure the platform remains fast, stable and secure even during peak traffic hours. 256-bit SSL encryption protects all user data, and a two-factor authentication system keeps your account secure at all times.
Six reasons why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian users choose Alibaba99 every day.
256-bit SSL encryption protects all data and transactions. KYC verification ensures every account is legitimate and shielded from irresponsible activity.
No more long waits to receive your winnings. The alibaba99 withdrawal system processes requests to Malaysian bank accounts in just 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.

What many users don't realise is how much technical work happens behind the scenes to keep the alibaba99 platform running smoothly at all times. The platform infrastructure is built on distributed cloud servers across multiple locations — meaning if one node experiences an issue, the system automatically switches to another with no disruption felt by the user.
Alibaba99's average platform response time is under 200 milliseconds — meaning every click, every slot spin, and every bet placement is processed almost instantly. This is no accident; it is the result of continuous investment in best-in-class technical infrastructure.
Alibaba99 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia — FPX, DuitNow, direct bank transfer, and digital wallets. This integrated payment system allows deposits to be credited within one minute and withdrawals processed within 5 minutes. All transactions use end-to-end encryption and are recorded in a tamper-proof audit log.
All slot games on alibaba99 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. This means every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated — by anyone, including alibaba99 itself. The payout rate (RTP) for each slot title is displayed transparently within the game information.
Alibaba99 complies with international data protection standards. Users' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Biometric information used for app login is processed entirely on the user's own device and never transmitted to our servers. Every six months, Alibaba99's security systems undergo an independent audit by an external cybersecurity firm.
